Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray
Sauté Shrimp – In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
Prepare Sauce – In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, then stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Add Italian seasoning.
Assemble Casserole – In the baking dish, spread cooked rice or pasta, top with sautéed shrimp, and pour the cheese sauce over. Mix slightly.
