Cabbage with Eggs is Better Than Pizza! – Easy, Quick & Delicious

Ingredients: – 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded – 2 large eggs – ½ onion, finely chopped – 1 small carrot, grated (optional) – 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or oat flour for a healthier option)

– ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ½ teaspoon paprika (optional) – 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter – Fresh herbs (parsley or green onions) for garnish

Instructions:  Prepare the Vegetables – Shred the cabbage, chop the onion, and grate the carrot.

Mix the Batter – In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. – Stir in the cabbage, onion, and carrot until well combined.

Cook Like Pancakes – Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. – Scoop spoonfuls of the cabbage mixture and flatten them slightly. – Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve & Enjoy! – Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with sour cream or yogurt.
